I have trained with Ben and Robb and they are both excellent Personal Trainers. I couldn't recommend them enough. I was brand new to strength training when I met Ben 5 years ago and I have learnt so much from him over that time about lifting technique, anatomy and nutrition. It is great to train with someone who is so passionate about what they do and so supportive in helping me to achieve my goals.
The training space at Performance House is fantastic both in terms of the equipment and the limited number of people using them at one time. I really look forward to every session I have there!!
It's awesome, the food is spot on. The tracking app is helping, it is great to have everything in one place rather than tracking food seperately in My Fitness Pal. The extra accountability I receive has reignited my hunger to progress!
From meeting Ben and talking to him, I knew his knowledge went deeper than anyone (but one person I know in this field). I was convinced from meeting the team that your passion and deeper knowledge could transform me back to personal normal". He is an excellent teacher and breaks the problem down into manageable steps. I have only started and I already feel like a different person. That's down to you guys.
